Dead right. Customs is the tracking 'black hole'. The Post Office told me that if the 'apparent' customs delay was more than a week I could phone them and they would tell me if they were holding anything. They gave me a phone #. I called and got the reply "You must be f***ing joking, we have 2 million packets here, who gave you my number anyway?"
