What the seller is saying is that He is picking
up the tab for whatever mode of shipping that was
specified in the auction i.e. Postal service, Priority, Fedex or whatever it was...Sure he can
do delivery confirmation and stuff like that but
its out of his control once he ships it...I dont see any other recourse unless I'm missing something here........Rich
