This is where it gets suspect. On Saturday 3/19, another ebay seller of washington chips emailed me, and other sellers I know, saying he was contacted by Paul Swortz of the Washington State Gambling Commission and Paul was going to contacting me next. I have never had contact with this seller prior and I am unsure as to his motivation. I have yet to be contacted by Paul, but I would like an opinion on this. Based on the WAC letter, it would appear what the other ebay seller had written is correct.
