I have recently been re-selling chips from New Sonny's Casino in Federal Way, Washington. I received a notification that said I was in violation of WAC 230-12-335, transfer of gaming equipment "i.e. logo'd Chips" to an unauthorized user, and my chips are subject to seizure. My question is, when a Casino closes and is no longer licensed, are the chips still considered "gambling equipment"? Is there any legal folks who want to take a crack at this??
