Wouldn't it be unusual for an illegal club to have $500 chips? I had a conversation recently with one of the dealers at the Treasure Bay Tunica and she said the $100 chips there were closely held much less the $500 chips. It just seems unusual that an illegal club would have big denomination chips floating around.
