Thanks to everyone for information on this new tribal chip in California. With your help I tracked it down to KP Gaming -- they responded and said that it was produced for them as a custom chip from RT Plastics, one of their casino (not retail) lines. It's a good looking chips and it feels, sounds, and plays great.
