You are certainly entitled to your opinion. I firmly believe he does not possess the three Cal Neva Pine Cone chips - that makes the offer a scam - an offer to sell things you do not have. Apparently you believe he does have the chips - therefore there is no scam. You are free to believe as you wish.

I would urge you not to try to buy them from him though.....
