I don't think it is the same chip. Here are some of the reasons why:

1) The inserts on this chip are different. It looks a lot like 5 inserts with 2 of them being the same color as the chip, but actually, the spaces that are the same color are not nearly as big as the other inserts.
2) The marks between the inserts are at a different level than on the BJ chip. These are even with the bottom of the inserts, where on the BJ chip, those marks don't start until they are below the inserts.
3) The matte finish is not like any BJ chip I've ever felt.
