I have a set to trade of the single flag c&s. This is a new find. I would place the age of the chip at over 100 years old. Note that the Union Jack is from 1896. These are from the same era. They are not the typical USPC c&s from 1910 to the mid 1940s. I don't believe that USPC even had the color red that is in these chips (red/orange). Also the inlay is smaller than thetypical USPC chip.
