Myself - I am a collector/buyer - If I agree to a sellers price - That's what I pay - If I see the same chip/chips for sale cheaper ( Which I have many times ) To bad for me - I can buy the cheaper chip and offset my total cost - but I will never ask the 1st seller to cut his price - I agreed to it and unless the chip/chips are not as sellers says they are they are mine - other wise I would be returning chips all the time and not collecting - The only thing I expect is to get the chips I bought within a 10 day peroid from the day I bought them - Only my opinion.
