The Nevada Gaming Control Board on Wednesday recommended a gambling license for the Wynn Las Vegas megaresort.

Guess a gaming license would be a good thing to have. Seems it would be a little higher on the To-Do List, don't you think? In a brilliant piece of reporting, the Las Vegas Sun goes on:

Wynn Las Vegas is the brainchild of Wynn, who designed and built the Bellagio, The Mirage and Treasure Island - some of Las Vegas' most famous casinos. Wynn said his newest property will be unlike his past creations.
