The Rounders NY chips were not used in the filming of the movie.
They were made for the production company to pass out to workers and to advertise the movie.
This set was given to a Horseshoe consultant by the producer. As you know parts of the movie was filmed at the Horseshoe.
Atlantic Standard has confirmed they made the chips for the producers of Rounders.
