I haven't noticed any difference here. If it was this site, then everyone would notice the slowdown.

Since you mentioned that "a few of us here in NJ" are having the problems, it probably has more to do with your ISP. It might also be a busy or damaged server in between you and here. Sometimes a look at this site will give you some insight on the situation:
