One of my father's co-workers went to Argentina on business and unexpectly brought back some chips for me.

One of them was a Jeton from the Casino Buenos Aires, As you can see from the posted scan this Jeton is Yellow with the words "Casino Buenos Aires" then a swirled Apple logo then "Cirsa 5 No Negociable". Also you can't see it in the scan but it has a number below that is 00513.

Does anyone know what this Jeton was used for since it was Non-Negotiable?

Any info is appreciate.
