Only one chip was issued to promote the movie CASINO. This chip was supposedly a promotional give away at the premiere of the movie in 1995.

The 3 chip set you are thinking of was produced by Inkworks for the movie THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH. 3,000 sets of these oversized chips were produced in 1999.
