The current rack has been in play for almost 10 years. Company was called Paul-son Dice and Card in 1996 when these were made. The name changes due to the purchase by B&G are much more recent. MGM has reordered some chips in the intervening years and it's possible that some AU chips on the tables today were made after the name change.
