If you haven't bought one already, you can purchase a heated massage pad for about 15-40$ price range,at Target. They fit on any chair and in your car. AC adapter included. I have 1 for my back, and it is wonderful. Or you could try just a plain heating pad. Any type of heat is great. You could also try something like Ben-Gay,Icy Hot,or any medicated rub in cream that gives off heat. I haven't tried them yet, but you also try those Thermalwrap pads. Hope you feel better.
