I can both sympathize and empathize with you! My lower back was bugging me yesterday and when I got up this morning, it felt like I had a band of charlie horses across the area. This has only happened to me once before, about a year ago. It hit for no apparent reason, lasted for three days then went away.

It's brutal when you try to tell your own body to "stop it!" and it doesn't listen...
