Tracy, I don't know if you have ever had your back go out but even an 8000 mg Ibuprofen is still amateur stuff.
Last time mine went out I was laying in bed in a cold sweat while my wife was at the drug store picking up the percocet. You really have to get some heavy duty stuff for a bad back
