as I needed the chip. Surprise surprise I was offered the notched by the seller straight after I won the Lucite. Ive had the MGM and Tropicana $100's in the square blocks but I didnt think they were real chips inside. Both were supposedly gifts for high rollers. I sent a pic of the Trop to the cage manager who said "no chip has ever been issued in that design".
Plenty of people have the MGM one - there was a wristwatch with half thickness chip (same $100) as well. Went on ebay last year for about $35.
My MGM and Tropicana came in a collection at about $10 each.
