Open up Printers and Faxes in the Control Panel.

Right Click on the printer and select Properties.

Print Test Page will be a button towards the bottom just above the cancel button.

Sounds most likely you have other print jobs stuck in the queue.

Again in the Printers and Faxes in Control Panel. Double click on the printer icon and click on a print job, select Document -> Cancel. Do it for any print jobs left in the queue.
