I followed your instructions. Went thru the process and in 2 hrs. got the neg. feedback removed. Customer was new and addmitted his error and completed the Withdrawal Reguest sent by e-bay. Thanks again Julie, so much knowledge on this board, and people who take the time to help is just great. Now I'm ready for some poker tonight.
