"Beautiful item, Fast delivery, Packaged item great. But does not accept PAYPAL." I list on my items that I do Not Accept PAYPAL.
Fred, try contacting the Buyer and ask for a "Mutual Withdrawel" In my case the buyer refused. But its worth a try.
