after you work out problem. Let him know he/she will receive it from ebay and that you will initiate it.

4 If you can not contact buyer and his contact information is wrong ebay will take away the feedback for you. If you are lucky his contact info will be wrong. You can go to help and email them I will help if you get down to that.
