That guy is the biggest jerk I've ever come across on Ebay. I purchased a rack of chips from him that were listed as "excellent condition-sold as is" (in hindsight that is a weatherman's partly sunny, chance of rain statement, I guess). Well the chips were horrible- cracks and dings on the edges, scuffs and scrapes on the inlays, some so smooth they wouldn't even stand on edge. Major table play and all that. When I talked to him about it, he tells me he never saw the chips, they are shipped out from somebody he deals with! So this clown sells me an item he doesn't even have in person! Hides behind his sold as-is statement, basically telling me tough. So I leave him a neutral feedback (shoulda left him a negative) and he goes beserk! Changes his tune to tell me he would have refunded me had he known I was going to leave a neutral feedback. Right. Lemme know when you put that bridge up for auction. Last thing he tells me is to never buy from him again. Like I would.
