Fred--go to "Community" in ebay and search for "reply to feedback". That will take you to the Feedback forum and give you a way to reply to this moron. For those who care to look at the why's of negative feedback (as I do from time to time) it should satisfy things if you point out that you didn't even sell him a movie!! Good luck.
