As a Harrah's collector myself I was interested in that chip. It's funny that it's not a chipco like in years past and the same graphic is used on both sides. I won't even mention that, like in years past there is no "Year of the..." or "Lunar Year...." on the chip. IMO it doesn't look like a Harrah's issued chip to me..
