I have an extremely nice Z-3 chip coming out for an auction in a couple of weeks .........

Due to the anticipated value of this chip, I am going to put the s&h as $20 for overnight air with tracking number provided for wherever it needs to go, and not combineable with any other auction ..... that should be very close to actual "stamps", and I will pay all the "other" fees ......... !!

Now, tell me what is more fair and safer than that on something of this value ....... ???????
