Jim Noll emailed me and said Casino Pauma was going to build a new casino with Hard Rock. I checked it out and found the article below.

They are sandwiched right between two really sucessful casinos, pala and Harrah's Rincon. The Hard Rock name is the ace in the hole that they needed. chips anyone??
