Since the programs arrived to me in the afternoon on Saturday, the post office front customer desk wasn't open. Fortunately, there was a postage/shipping machine installed in the lobby. I processed each on of the packages that way, and dropped them into the box. The box pick upm was at 4:45pm, so they weren't out and were processed at that time.

International Priority requires the front desk. Customs form, and international envelope too.
