I assumed that all US chips were 39MM (except some baccarat).

I was just putting some chips in 39MM Airtites, and found that the Palms Grand Opening ($1, 2.50, 5) didn't fit. They're 40MM!

Is this true of ALL Palms chips?
Are there any other US casinos that use other than 39MM chips?
