John Kendall told me the Lone Star chips were never delivered. I will go with that until he tells me different.

That said:
I do not consider chips made for a real casino and never delivered, to be Fantasy chips.
I don't have a seperate name for them.
In my database I keep them in the casino chips section with a notation.
I do believe they should be on the Fantasy page of the club board. New chippers need to know about them.

Chips made after a casino closes are counterfeits as far as I'm concerned.

I think at this time we are keeping fantasy, counterfeits, non delivered chips, etc on the fantasy page. I'm not sure what the answer is without causing David a lot of headaches, since many of us call them by different names.
