ordered, say, 10,000 chips, and they closed before they were delivered. The manufacturer sold them and then made more to satisfy demand?

Im not suggesting that happened here but it has happened elsewhere. In order for them to be sold as home poker chips its more than likely that extras of high denoms would be necessary.
