I was at the Mohegan Sun a few weeks ago. The $3 chips are not in play - locked up somewhere in the casino. The ones that are out there were the ones grabbed before they pulled them.

I did get four placing a post just like you are doing. Unfortunately, I am keeping two, and promised the other two to a fellow chipper.
