The doc gave me a list of items to stay away from (red meat and cheese topping the list) and that's all I have done.
Chicken instead of a Burger, Tuna instead of ham and cheese, Pretzels instead of Doritos and so on...
I don't even want to know why it works. I'm just happy that it does
