I would like to see a scan of that chip myself!

As far as I know, there were no "$5 Archie" chips made ... only a no cash value chip that Gene Trimble & Chipco made as a surprise for me upon retiring after 11 years as club President 1988-1999.

The chip below shows obverse and reverse images of a "normal" chip. The chips also exist with two obverse sides and two reverse sides.
