In my opinion there is really no need for an apology at all. I really appreciate your adding an email to your posts as it helps significantly for those trying to answer your questions.

I hope you dont let this last experience sour you on chipping. This board provides a wealth of information that is there for the asking. With the exception of a few bad apples, Chippers are the friendliest and most helpful bunch of people you will ever meet. If you need something, just ask here and someone will be willing to help (sometimes with more help than you actually wanted).
