The seller is completely aware of the fact that these are not Bud Jones chips. The seller knowingly is misleading the eBay buying public. I have emails from this seller, which of course prove this very fact, not to mention numerous conversations I have had with him about this product.

He bought the product new from a manufacturer in China. He attempted to resell this product in bulk to me (and probably others). The cost of this product was well under 20 cents per chip.

It really is a sad and dispicable situation. Even sadder is the fact that eBay is apparently not doing anything about it. Is it because this guy is such a great client of theirs?
