In a few weeks, my wife and I will be spending one night in Henderson, probably at Sunset Station, and are looking for a great dining experience. Cost is not a big deciding factor so much as atmosphere and cuisine, so I'm not looking for bargain prices. We don't want a buffet or chain restaurant, but something unique and different. We'll have a car so Las Vegas or even Lake Las Vegas are possibilities, although we'd rather stay away from the strip and downtown areas.
