Both of these are favorites of mine because of the excellent atmosphere they provide. (I think almost all of the food and entertainment in Vegas is top notch so I tend to go for the touristy stuff)

There is also a restaurant at the Venetian that's very good (can't recall the name) and has the added benefit of an after dinner Gondala ride through the mall which my wife just loves....

Back in Vegas on May 29th..... can't wait....
