Circus- Circus is right across the street from the CCGTCC convention hotel and has better rooms than Excaliber (the heat/air units are quieter). Also a few bucks cheaper than Excaliber. But if you want to be on the south side of the strip then Excaliber or Monte Carlo or San Remo are pretty good.
