Yes, I knew about the Crystal Park "laminated" chips but didn't associate them with this sample.

I remember that the Crystal Park chips didn't stand up to wear and they frequently "delaminated". I guess the laminate was the wide-graphic inlay.

I wonder why the problem didn't show up with other wide graphic inlays, like the early Caesars Palace commemoratives for Planet Hollywood. I never saw one of these peeling off.
