I called the Casino and spoke with the Marketing Manager there. It is against state laws to do what I am asking.
Here are the choices that are left for me:
Find someone who lives around there and maybe work out a deal on getting the chips from them.
Go in person and purchase them (will not happen).
Ebay, but I will not pay the prices and these don’t come up for auction.
Don’t look good I will have to live without them
