The Orleans is a fun place; nice big rooms; and as for not having a car, the Orleans has big vans that travel to and from the strip at the Barbary Coast. I also love Sam's Town and they have transportation to the strip but it is far out.

I like the Hard Rock, Rio (with regular vans to its daddy, Harrahs) and the Palm (though don't know the rates at any of them. Fun places tho.
