Of those cited you cannot go wrong. However, my friend and I found Michaels to be the best we have had in Vegas (she has not gone to Picasso). Hugo's Cellar, like Michaels a surprise, because it is a superb restaurant in a sleezy looking casino (don't jump on me, I enjoy playing craps at the Barbary Coast but it isn't Caesars). I haven't had a chance to eat at Bradly Ogdens yet but intend to do so this summer.
