When I get a sizeable comp to work off, I always enjoy Bradley Ogdens at Caesars Palace. They seem to rate highly in most restaurant reviews.

Some believe the best gourmet restaurant in Las Vegas is Michaels at Barbary Coast. Nearly impossible to get into on weekends unless you play there or have a comp from another casino. Midweek is best. I believe there are only two seatings an evening there.
