Thanks for all your help guys. I guessed on the casino based on some chips I saw on eBay.
1st: Players Riverboat Casino, Lake Charles, LA #6155242072
2nd: Playere Riverboat Casino, Metropolis, IL #6151846881
Both casino's use the same logo. Maybe the casino moved. Here are some more pictures. 1 of the chips has the "error" on both sides (the bottom-right chip, roulette C is on both sides). One of the chips has 2 errors on it, but just barely (no picture of both, its the bottom-center one) You'll see I have Roulette B,C, and E. The registration marks are visible on some as the "error" was not centered.
