Calling on some old notes I can probably explain 'why 5 examples'
PS Inlays are printed on sheets first, 5 across by 7 down I believe.
Therefore when an 'error' arises there will usually be 5 of them , or even 35, but never one.
This is why when we see a double sided error for example, we know that 5 of each of both errors must have been made as a minimum. If quality control finds one, they know how many more to look for. If they get missed, chances are they are all out there, unless someone at the casino spotted them.
Palms had a misprint on a chip last year. One of the funny car chips. I was there when 4 were found and given to Gene. This may be all there were as full graphic chips are probably only 4 across.
