I bought more than a hundred chips from Klaus Seifert over the last two years, and there were NEVER any kind of problems.
I always got excatly what I paid for, and all of the packages were packed very well.

And, as Arthur Young said before, why should Klaus send an empty box?
If he is such a bad boy he would also keep the money for the shipping fees, and just tell the package was lost.

No, Mr Valvo, this story is really hard to believe for me.
