I wasnt asking who it was. BUt certainly before I think of putting anyone on a "beware of" list, I would want to know details.

I have seen more time then I like to admit, things that have happened, and people jumping to negative conclusions. I can underatand that. In this day and age, people can get jaded.

But for me, perhaps I'm just foolish, but I like to think the best until I have concrete reasons to believe the worst. There are too many variables that can appear that the person is pulling something shady, and then and behold, it's quite innocent.

I'm just one to give the benefit of the doubt until I have more information.
